How to Build your Earnings

OUR MISSION

Change other people's live for the better, one person at a time. You choose how below. We empower people to thrive with ecoconcious, clean nutrition and beauty products, and our incredible business model. Track your activity and the lives you have changed to get an idea how how much activity you need to exceed your goals. Meet with your mentor to see how many of the following would be necessary weekly to match your goal for the number of lives you want to change.

THE SYSTEM

Our activity system is to share Arbonne's products and business model with 30 new people each month. However, you own your own business so you choose your own pace.  The faster you want your goals to be met, the faster you will set your pace.  Choose your pace for the long term, and bump up to the next pace in 3 month cycles to make a push.  Consult with your upline coaches and mentors to make sure that the pace you choose is in alignment with your goals and expectations.

YOUR PACE

There are three categories of Activity: REACH OUT, DRIP, AND NETWORKING. Choose how many from each category you will do per week.  In order to follow the system consistently, you will need to do at least 1 from each category per week.

All three categories are necessary:
1=WALK    2=JOG    3=RUN     4=SPRINT

A walker shares Arbonne with 30 new people in over 6 to 8 weeks.  A jogger is shares Arbonne with 30 new people over 4 weeks. A runner is shares Arbonne with 30 new people over 2 weeks.  A sprinter is shares Arbonne with 30 new people over one week.

REACH OUT ACTIVITY
CONNECTING WITH NEW PEOPLE TO INVITE THEM TO LOOK AT ARBONNES PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS MODEL

SAMPLE TO 5 NEW PEOPLE
Using the "Felt-Found-If I- Would You Formula", ask people you know to sample the Energy Fizz Sticks or Green Synergy Elixir until at least 5 people say yes for that week. You can also use the DermResults Advanced samples to have people try skincare.
Here's how you do it:
  1. Felt: Start by talking about a problem that's common and emotional, preferably something you have personal or close to personal experience with. Let's say I was to address an overwhelmed parent. I might say, "I totally understand how exhausting it can be to juggle work and family, and still try to stay healthy. It's tough, right?" This way, you're connecting right off the bat because they feel what you're saying.
  2. Found: Then, move on to your own story. "You know, I was right there with you. Then I found this one supplement through Arbonne  that changed everything for me." Share a bit about your journey, how you found a solution, and the positive impact it had. "it's a 3 in one product so I don't need to do a bunch of things to get the results I want, and since I started drinking it once a day, I feel less bloated, more energetic, and my skin even looks brighter"
  3. If I: Now, pivot to how this could help them. "If I could show you how this one product might help you feel more energized and balanced, just like it did for me..."
  4. Would You: And finally, ask them to take a simple step. "Would you try a sample and read some reviews about it?" This part is about getting them to act, to try something new.
  5. When they say yes,"great! what’s your address? I have pomegranate , blood orange , mango peach, pineapple, strawberry and watermelon… do you have a flavor preference?"
PRO TIP ONE: Immediately add them to the product review FB group, Healthy Living Simplified, and tag them in Fizz and GreenSynergy Elixir reviews. Be sure to follow up to see how they loved it! Ultimately, the goal is to have them shop from you.

PRO TIP TWO: Send to anyone who is active on Facebook (you can click on the “people” icon to see who is active)
💌mailing two fizz with an info card (one stamp)
💌mailing 3 Green Synergy Elixir with an info card (3 stamps)
💌mailing the DermResults Advanced sample pack will need a bubble mailer, so costs will vary.

PRO TIP THREE: If they are trying the GreenSynergy Elixir ask them to take a before picture on day one and an after picture first thing the morning of day 4.  They should drink it first thing in the AM before any food on days 1-2-3.  They should wear similar tight-fitting clothes or a bathing suit for both pictures.  They don't have to include their face.  If they feel shy, they can post anonymously.

HAVE 5 LOOK AT PROGRAMS
We have several "hero" programs that are very popular:
  • The 30 Days to Healthy Living
  • Healthy Habits
  • 2-Week gut Reset
  • GreenSynergy Elixir or Green-Gut-Glow
Use the "Felt-Found-If I-Would You Formula" to ask people to look at these programs until 5 say yes.  Here is an example of a "program ask":

    1. Felt: "I can totally relate to the weight loss struggle.  I felt like the only way to lose weight was to starve"
    2. Found: "Then I found out about Arbonne's new Essential Meal meal replacement shake and Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Program and I have finally been losing weight without feeling like I'm dying"
    3. If I"If I could show you how you could lose weight without feeling like you are starving yourself just like I am doing"
    4. Would You: "Would you be open to learning more and checking out some reviews?"
PRO TIP ONE: Immediately add them to the product review FB group, Healthy Living Simplified, and tag them in 30 Days to Healthy Living, Healthy Habits, and 2-week Gut Reset reviews and videos. Be sure to follow up to see how they loved it! Ultimately, the goal is to have them shop from you.

PRO TIP TWO: Use the Arbonne App to share the Arbonne Difference and 30DHL information.  Be sure to have a 30DHL, Healthy Habits, and GreenSynergy Elixir recommended carts added to the "My Media" section of the Arbonne app so you can easily send them to someone looking at the programs.  Include recommended carts that have the preferred client or consultant membership added depending on the preference.  Be sure to ask!

PRO TIP THREE: If they do one of the programs, ask them to take a before picture on day one and an after picture first thing in the morning after their last day.  They should wear similar tight-fitting clothes or a bathing suit for both pictures.  They don't have to include their face.  If they feel shy, they can post anonymously. After they have tried it, ask them if they would mind sharing a brief post in the Healthy Living Simplified Facebook Group with them enjoying it as well (see host a post for more info on this

PRO TIP FOUR: Start with the 30 Days to Healthy Living, as this is the most valuable program with the greatest impact.  If they cannot afford the 30DHL or are not ready to commit to 30 days, have them look at the healthy habits set.  This can be used to do a modified 30DHL or a 2-week gut reset.  In either case, they would follow the 30DHL Guide.  If this is still a stretch, Have them look at the GreenSynergy Elixir for the highest-impact product at the lowest price.

DRIP CAMPAIGN CUSTOMER CARE
Customer Care
Effective Customer Care Strategies: To develop meaningful connections with customers, use a  mix of communication channels, including emails, phone calls, text messages, social media interactions, and even traditional postal mail. This variety ensures a more personalized interaction, and feels more “human”. Always pay attention to customers' preferred communication methods, customizing your approach to suit their needs.
Remember, it's not always feasible to use every communication channel at once. If you're unable to schedule emails and texts, start with a manageable approach. Even small efforts can make a significant difference. Begin with basic interactions such as a 'Thank You' text, a 'Welcome' email, and a regular monthly 'Newsletter'. These are simple yet effective ways to maintain engagement.
For optimal customer care, aim for the New Customer and Exiting Customer Flows, which are ideal models for maintaining consistent communication. Additionally, personalized recommendations and event invitations in your interactions not only enhances engagement but can also significantly boost sales. The key is to start simple, build a rhythm that suits your style, and gradually expand your communication strategy.

New Customer Flow:
  • Welcome Email: Right after they make their first purchase, send an email. Thank them, introduce your business, and outline what they can expect from you going forward.
  • Thank You Card: I send these out weekly or bi-weekly. They're ready to go; just add a stamp, drop them in the mailbox, and each includes a fizz stick.
  • Product Education Series: A few days post-purchase, start emailing them about how to use the products they purchased and its benefits.
  • Feedback Request: Two weeks in, ask for their thoughts on the product. It's a way to show we value their input and are always looking to improve.
  • Invitation to Our Blog or Social Media: Get them involved in your online community if you have one, and if they are not already in it, Healthy Living Simplified.
  • Refills and ReplenishMe: Keep tabs on when they might need more product and be sure to reach out in enough time so they don't run out. Let them know about our ReplenishMe program and its perks.
  • Business Opportunity Introduction: Once there's trust, talk about the Arbonne business opportunity. Share your story and what makes being part of Arbonne special.
Existing Client Flow:
  • Monthly Wellness Newsletter: Send this out early each month with wellness tips, the events smore, the preferred client products and promotions smore, and a favorite recipe if you have one. The smore newsletters are in the "This Month" section of the Consultant Vault.
  • Invitation to Events: Bring them to our educational and empowering events. Personal invitations mean a lot, so maybe drop them a text about a specific event you think they would benefit from rather than counting on them looking at the events Smore.
  • Referral Program Announcement: Ask for referrals. Right now we make up our own referral program. I give small product gifts for referrals or larger gifts for groups of referrals. You can adjust this to what works for you. Arbonne will soon have a referral program, but why wait to grow your business?
  • Product Recommendations: Tailor suggestions based on their history and feedback. Start this about a month after their first purchase.
  • Business Opportunity: Every so often, float the idea of them exploring the business side of Arbonne. Keep it casual but clear.
Make it engaging, personal, and all about building lasting relationships with our customers.
NETWORKING ACTIVITY
CONSISTENTLY MEETING NEW PEOPLE WITH THE INTENTION OF EXPANDING YOUR NETWORK

HAVE SOMEONE "HOST A POST"
Ask your customers to make a post sharing their love for their favorite products.
  • Make sure they tag you in it.

  • If anyone asks about it, tell your host to respond in the comment, "I''l PM you" and then send a private message to the commentor, connecting them to you.
  • A selfie of them holding their shake, fizz, or skin care before and after will bring more attention to the post.
  • The post should have a CTA (Call To Action) so the client's network knows they can reach out to you for more info.
  • Incentivize your client to have people reach out and order by offering them a small gift as a thank you!
  • Go to the Healthy Living Simplified group on facebook for product review examples.

    • Found: "Now that I've found Arbonne, I am feeling hope for the first time in a long time"
    • If I: "If I give you some free products in exchange for you hosting a fun, low key get-together so I can get better at doing product presentations..."
    • Would You: "Would you do it for me as a favor? "

GO TO A NETWORKING  OR SOCIAL EVENT
The best way to network is to make friends, and meet their friends:
  • Go to the BBQ, baby shower, or birthday party with a goal of meeting at least 3 new people and exchanging social media.
  • Networking events are professional social events where business owners come to network and share informationon their businesses. You can find these through your local chamber of commerce, meetup.com, eventbrite.com, and other social event websites.
GO LIVE AND ENGAGE WITH 5 POSTS
The more you share parts of your life and who you are, the more you'll attract new people like you, who will eventually trust you enough to reach out and buy from you.

Don’t “post and ghost”; commit 20-30 minutes after you post and engage with your viewers in the comments, like/comment/share their posts, and be social on social to draw more attention to your video and page. Set a timer to avoid getting sucked in.

ASK 5 FOR REFERRALS
Call 5 existing customers and ask for referrals.
  • Offer them a small free gift for any referral that orders.
  • Offer a larger gift for multiple referrals that order.
The best way for them to introduce you (outside of in-person) is by starting a 3 way message. Example, " Hey Sharon, this is my friend, Monica.  She is vegan and was curious about your mascara. Monica, this is my friend Sharon. She is my work out partner and my hook up for vegan beauty and nutrition!"
